Nashville, TN — MCA, Music Corporation of America, is proud to announce two key additions to its digital marketing team. Industry leader Sarah D’Hilly joins as Senior Vice President of Digital Marketing and Strategy, and digital strategist Brad Krause has been named Senior Director of Digital Strategy, underscoring the label’s ongoing commitment to innovative digital storytelling and artist-first campaigns.
With nearly two decades of experience in country music, Sarah most recently worked at Apple Music, where she led music business partnerships, content strategy, and artist marketing initiatives. Her tenure included the launch of impactful campaigns such as the songwriter-driven Lost & Found series, Apple Music Sessions and bespoke projects like Beyonce Covered Sessions and Toby Keith Covered Sessions. Sarah is a member of the 2026 Leadership Music class in addition to a 2025 Billboard Country Power Players honoree.
Prior to Apple, Sarah served as Director of Commerce & Digital Strategy at Monument Records as well as Director of Digital Marketing at Borman Entertainment. She has served on the Digital Committee of Country Radio Seminar and led panels at Music Business Conference as well as SXSW.

Brad Krause brings a deep understanding of platform dynamics, digital storytelling, and audience behavior, having previously led successful digital campaigns across a diverse slate of artists and brands. Known for his creative instincts and sharp strategic thinking, Brad has a track record of building compelling online narratives and executing content-first marketing initiatives that drive fan loyalty and streaming growth. His work spans across major social platforms, influencer collaborations, and performance analytics, all with an artist-first mindset.
A graduate of the University of Southern California, Brad’s previous stops include Warner Records, Interscope and The Trenches.
