STEPHANIE WRIGHT RETURNS TO MCA AS EVP/HEAD OF A&R

Nashville, TN —MCA, Music Corporation of America, is thrilled to announce the appointment of Stephanie Wright as Executive Vice President/Head of A&R. In this role, Wright will lead the A&R team in talent scouting as well as the label’s creative direction and development. She will report to Mike Harris, MCA President & CEO. 

Stephanie Wright brings nearly 25 years of experience developing and guiding some of country music’s most influential artists. She has worked closely with Kacey Musgraves, Sam Hunt, Parker McCollum, and Jordan Davis, supporting the development of their unique voices and career milestones. Previously serving as Senior Vice President of A&R at Warner Music Nashville, Stephanie worked with Gavin Adcock, Hudson Westbrook, Jamey Johnson, Cole Swindell, and The Castellows. Known for her keen ear for talent, strategic vision, and collaborative approach, Stephanie combines creative insight with deep industry expertise to help artists reach their full potential. She is also deeply committed to the songwriting and publishing communities, valuing their artistry and collaboration as the foundation of great music.
