Award-winning actress and EMI Nashville recording artist Chrissy Metz headlines Chrissy Metz & Friends July 30 at the iconic The Bluebird Cafe in Nashville, Tenn. Joining Metz are award-winning songwriter and producer Jimmy Robbins (Maren Morris, Kelsea Ballerini, Maddie & Tae, Brett Young) and the soulful singer/songwriter and Bowyer & Bow / Capitol Christian Music Group recording artist Blessing Offor.
Proceeds from Chrissy Metz & Friends benefit the CMA Foundation and its mission to provide resources and support for music teachers, students, and music education programs across the U.S. Tickets available HERE.
Metz also returns to the Grand Ole Opry stage this Saturday, July 24. The Grand Ole Opry broadcasts live on Circle, and on Gray TV stations, DISH Studio Channel 102, Sling TV and other TV affiliates in addition to a companion live stream on Circle’s Facebook and YouTube. Recently featured in Garden & Gun magazine, Metz discusses her childhood in the south and discovering her love of music and singing. While an award-winning actress well-known for her role as “Kate Pearson” on NBC’s This Is Us, Metz has always called music her first love. Working towards her debut music project, Metz has released well-received songs including “Girl Go,” “Talking to God,” “Actress” “Feel Good,” plus a “Feel Good” Dave Audé remix.
